We operate 5 offices in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Pulaski Bank is a $300 million asset bank with roughly 168 full time employees. We are a public company trading under the symbol "PULB" on
the NASDAQ National Markets Stock Exchange.

Recently, Pulaski Bank has moved to the Kansas City Metropolitan area to open up its mortgage lending operations that mirror the success of its St. Louis Operations. In June of 2003, Pulaski Bank announced that it was going to open up retail banking in the Kansas City market, to better serve the its customers in Kansas City, Missouri MSA.
