As a Federal Savings Bank, our Charter is to create Thrift and Residential Home Loans for our customers.  As our current customers move or when a referral from a satisfied customer is given to us for a client to move to other regions of the United States, we can help. 

Our goal is to help local relocation homebuyers to become pre-approved even before they leave town.  Our process includes a review of any relocation packages, review of current market place to determine equity positions and then to seek the best loan for the new home.  Our goal is to provide service and a comfort with a Federal Bank with experience and integrity.  In fact, while my of our customers are led to Mortgage Brokers in other cities, a high percentage of those customers stay with us, knowing we can get the job completed.

We belong to a Network of Investors who lend in almost every state of the Union.  We have our Unique Loan Finder Program, which allows us to search for different loan options for all of our customers, both current and new.  We have our own Closing and Underwriting Department which adds professionalism to the relocation buyer who may need co-ordination with his company’s Relocation Department.

And, finally, with my personal membership in several National Organizations, I can rely on support teams in other cities throughout the United States.

So, think about it.  Do you want to work with a company you know or that your Realtor knows and trusts?  Do you want to work with a growing bank with many loan options or do you want to jump around and find a small mortgage shop that may tend to follow more expensive loan policies?
