Final Loan Approval

Congratulations! We are pleased to inform you that your loan package, documentation, appraisal and title work are complete. All of the above have been reviewed by one of our underwriters and have been given their final "blessings" for your Loan Approval. Your loan will now move to our closing department. Prepare for your "Celebration" of your loan closing!

Your next meeting would be at our off with my team to close your loan.  You may have conversations with either Kati Burke, Jennifer Morrow, Kat Mahon or myself to cor-ordinate the last steps of your journey to home ownership!
