Buyer Beware

Now that your offer to purchase a home has been negotiated and accepted, you now are ready to begin your inspections. Typically, you will have 10 calendar days from the acceptance of your offer to complete all of your inspections that you choose to do. This includes, but not limited to termite, ‘whole
house’ inspection including all systems, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Radon, Septic, if need be. Upon reviewing your Inspection Summary Report, you will negotiate with the Sellers which unacceptable conditions you would like repaired.
