Pre Approval Complete

Having verified your documentation, we will have your credit approval complete and your Pre Approval ready to go per our Automated Underwriting System results. We will send the Pre Approval letter to you and your realtor. Keep in mind that after you find a home, not only do you have to qualify for the home loan, but the home must be approved of appropriate value and condition.

REMEMBER, if you have any changes in your financial situation, it could change the approval.  So, if you have any questions about your loan or are thinking of any changes, please don’t hesitate to call!
