Underwriting Decision
Step two of your application is for my team to review your personal and financial information, pull your credit report and develop loan options to match your goals. We will chose a loan option and will submit your information into our underwriting system for a preliminary approval. At this point in time we will send you two documents for you to sign and allow us to move forward. The documents are:
Credit Authorization - By signing this form we can ask your employer and banker to help us expedite information retrieval.
Tax Review Form - We use this form to help document income, just like reviewing your W-2s, etc.
A separate email will be sent to you requesting the any other documentation we will need to verify the information you gave us on your initial application.
Once we have that documentation, verify the results, we can then confidently submit your loan for the final credit approval. Once you have obtained a Credit Approval from us, we will issue you a Pre-approval letter so you can go house hunting for a home. (If your application is for a refinance, then we will be ordering payoffs, title work and flood certifications now that we have your loan approved.)
